A United Fresh Start facilitator training event was held at Five Oaks in Paris Ontario from November 6 – 9, 2017. The United Fresh Start program requires facilitators to be trained by the General Council Office. Facilitators learn the transformational leadership theory supporting the program as well as facilitation skills for leading the modules. Two new eModules have been added to United Fresh Start. You can work through the eModules on your own, or you can convene a group to engage the content using video conferencing. The first new eModule is one of the United Fresh Start “core” modules called Entering a New System. The second new module is Family Systems Theory.
