New Respectful Congregations Module

by | May 11, 2021 | News

Using the revised Workplace Discrimination, Harassment and Violence policy as a guide, this module helps to define what a respectful congregation looks like and how to create and maintain a respectful and healthy work and congregational environment. At the end of this extended module, you will develop a behavioural covenant to outline what respect looks like in your congregation.

A note for facilitators, this module was developed in partnership with Credence & Co., a church leadership consulting firm. The format of the slides may look a bit different because the copyright is held by Credence & Co. The resource document also deviates from the usual format. A group of facilitators were introduced to this module and provided positive feedback in February 2021. This is an extended module because it is envisioned to be presented over 3 2-hour sessions.
